Login:
To keep an event private we offer a login system. Every participant gets his own and unique login credentials. The advantage is that those accounts are not only used for security, but they can be used for booking, voting or personalized notifications.

Agenda & Venue Map:
Show the participants when and where the next activity or the next act starts!
In case there are booked activities they get added automatically to the agenda.

POI’s:
Not every participant is familiar with the surroundings of your event. Let them know where they can find a restaurant or even a club!

Activities:
Spice up your event with different activities! Let them play treasure hunt with GPS based quests, or keep it classic and offer different options to book.

Participant list:
It’s important to be able to communicate at events. Long lists of phone numbers and endless searching for email addresses is the past. All numbers and email addresses are saved in the app. No need to add them manually to your phone.

Voting:
You want to know what your participants liked the most or if they want to improve something? Then voting is the perfect feature for you to get feedback! You decide what questions to ask and in the end you will have a great feedback to make your next event even better!

Notifications:
Some things can’t be controlled. The weather for example. But you can notify your participants that it might rain today and that they should bring an umbrella. It’s the fastest and easiest way to share important news to your participants!
